Hasty Generalization

Hasty Generalization is an informal fallacy essentially making a rushed conclusion without considering all of the variables.

This example that I came across on twitter represents Hasty Generalization because whoever created this example was rushing when making this conclusion. This example informs that because that person dislikes someone, this dislike automatically turns the person into Adolf Hitler. When this person made this picture they applied a belief to a larger population than he/she should have based on the information that he/she has. The person who made this should not have applied his own belief towards a whole population and should have considered all the right variables to then make a reasonable conclusion.
